The China Compulsory Certification (CCC) is a compulsory safety mark which applies to a range of products both imported and sold/used in the Chinese market. The aim of CCC is to ensure compliance of applicable products with Chinese standards. CCC has been in effect since August 2003, replacing the certifications of the two preceding compulsory inspection systems “China Import and Export Commodity Inspection Bureau (CCIB)” and the “China Commission for Conformity Certification of Electrical Equipment (CCEE)” into one procedure.
The China Compulsory Certification process includes product testing and factory audits, once a CCC mark is received for a product, to maintain the validity of the certificate it must be renewed annually which is achieved through a follow-up certification.
Albright China has achieved China Compulsory Certification for the Albright D.C. Contactors which it manufactures and imports.
To provide contactors to the China market, Albright China has tested products under China Compulsory Certification. These can be supplied via Albright Manufacturing and Sales Office, located in the Shanghai region of China.
